The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.13 dated 09.01.2025 registered under Section 137 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Sections 87 & 142 of BNS, 2023 were added later on) at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad and all subsequent proceedings arising thereof. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from PSI Neelam, submits that the petitioner is not appearing before the Trial Court and his bail has been cancelled, bail bonds have been forfeited to the State and warrants of arrest have been issued, vide order dated 04.07.2025, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad. She has also produced copy of order dated 04.07.2025 which is taken on record. She further submits that neither the said fact has been mentioned in the instant petition nor the order dated 04.07.2025 has been annexed with the petition.
