No.11 of 2010 ------------------------------------------------------------- Dated this the 4th day of November, 2022 JUDGMENT This is a Claim filed by the Official Liquidator for realisation of an amount of ₹1,82,500/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of default till the date of decree and thereafter at 12% interest per annum till the date of realisation. 2. Though notice was served on the respondent, the respondent did not appear nor has filed any objection/statement. In view of the above, the respondent is set ex-parte. In the light of the affidavit filed in support of the Claim Affidavit, C.C. No.1365 of 2014 is decreed and the respondent C.C.No.1365 of 2014 in C.P.No.11 of 2010 3 is directed to pay a sum of ₹1,82,500/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of default, i.e., 15.04.2010 till date of decree and thereafter at 12% interest per annum till the date of realisation.
