The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Impugned FIR dated 06.07.2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 0077 of 2025, Under Section 319 (2), 318 (4) of BNS, 2023 And Sections 8, 20, 27 (a), 29, 60 N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 Police Station-Myorpur, District-Sonbhadra. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the Nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No.2 not to arrest and harass the petitioner in pursuant of the Impugned FIR dated 06.07.2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 0077 of 2025, Under Section 319(2), 318 (4) of BNS, 2023 And Sections 8, 20, 27(a), 29, 60 N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 Police Station-Myorpur, N.D.P.S. Act, District-Sonbhadra." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
