The case of the petitioner is that he submitted a representation dated 23.05.2025 to respondents 2 and 3, requesting the issuance of a patta in respect of the property situated at S.No.99, Colony Street, Vannampudhur, Sathamangalam madhura, Kilapalur Post, Ariyalur Taluk. However, the respondents have not considered the same till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for appropriate relief. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel appearing for the official respondents, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.05.2025 would be considered by the 3rd respondent, who is the competent authority, and appropriate orders would be passed thereon, on merits within a period of six (6) weeks, after issuing notice to the respondents 5 and 6. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 23.05.2025.
