The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barharwa P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103/ 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Mr. Ranjay Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal. On 28.11.2024, son of the informant namely Utpal Mandal was murdered by co-accused Ramnath Mandal, Sahdeo Mandal and Jodhay Mandal. It was submitted that petitioner is the mother of co-accused Jodhay Mandal and Sahdeo Mandal. It was further submitted that there is no allegation of assault on the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has confessed her guilt. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mr. Ranjay Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal or his successor, in connection with Barharwa P.S.
