Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General, Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar & Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocate Generals with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents-State. Mr. J.S.Bagga, Advocate, for respondent No. 3. While referring to affidavit filed by Director of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that decision has been taken to implement the judgment passed by this Court. After receiving approval from the Government vide letter dated 25.04.2025, Dy. Directors of Higher and Elementary Education have been directed to submit the verified 95% aid claims of the petitioners from the date of appointment to 31.03.2012 after obtaining from the erstwhile 95% aided S.D. Sr. Secondary School, Shimla along with necessary documents so that the same could be examined in light of Sushma Rana’s case. Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that on account of subsequent developments, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same may be disposed of. Having taken note of the fact that steps already stand taken for execution and implementation of the judgment, sought to be executed, this Court sees no reason to keep the present application alive and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that needful, in terms of judgment, sought to be executed, is done within two months, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards implementation of the judgment/order, sought to the executed in the instant proceedings.
