Petitioners contend they are the in-laws of the victim lady. They have been falsely implicated. Principal accused is in custody. Accordingly, they pray for anticipatory bail. 2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits de-facto complainant’s brother was assaulted brutally and suffered injuries. 3. We have considered the materials on record. Incident arose out of a matrimonial dispute. De-facto complainant is the wife of the principal accused. Her brother was assaulted and suffered injuries. Principal accused i.e. the husband is in custody. Petitioners are the in-laws of the de-facto complainant. Allegations against them are general and omnibus. 4.
