Learned counsel for the petitioner submits - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32487 WP No. 20591 of 2025 that petitioner had filed an application in Form No.53 for grant of land in Sy.No.202 to an extent of 1 acre and 8 guntas. Thereafter, the land was granted to the petitioner and the kimmath was paid by the petitioner pursuant to which, saguvali chit was issued to the petitioner on 25.06.2007. However, the name of the petitioner has not been entered in the land records. It is also contended by the petitioner that the lands have been notified and acquired at the hands of the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board. Ordered accordingly. Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today. Sd/- (R DEVDAS) JUDGE rv CT: UR
