The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bhawnathpur P.S. Case No. 210/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri S.N. Kujur, learned J.M., 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. On 24.12.2024, Bhawnathpur police apprehended co-accused Raju Kumar and on his pointing out, this petitioner was apprehended. A country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.N.
