Ms. Vandana Misra, Advocate, for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that though in terms of judgment passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in Surjmani’s Case, work-charge status has been granted to the petitioner from the date when he has completed eight years daily wage service with 240 days in each calendar year, but order of pay fixation has not been passed till date. Learned counsel representing the respondent states that needful in that regard shall be done expeditously, preferably within one week.
