JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 3 08-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to intervene in the pending Title Suit No. 136 of 2019, Title Suit No. 145 of 2019 and Title Suit No. 146 of 2019, wherein injunction has been granted by the learned Court of Sub-Judge-II, Madhubani. Liberty, so sought, is granted. However, it is clarified that any petition, which may be filed by the petitioner in the aforesaid suits shall be considered by the Ld.
