Heard Sri Rishabh Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Akhilesh Kumar Dwivedi, counsel appearing for respondent No. 5. 2. This petition has been filed challenging the revisional order passed by the revisional court allowing the revision against an order passed by the trial court rejecting an application under Section 10 of the C.P.C. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that suit properties in both the suits are different, cause of action is different as well as properties are also not the same. 4.
