The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 in case FIR No.29 dated 21.03.2023 registered under Sections 376 & 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar, vide
order dated 01.09.2023 passed in CRM-M-30377-2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as respondent No.2 has been acquitted vide order dated 29.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar.
