Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Kharaundhi P.S. Case No. 03/2025, for the offence under sections 309(6),311 of B.N.S.2023, pending in the Court of Sri S. K. Napit learned J.M.F.C. Nagar Untari, Garhwa. On 23.01.2025, the informant was waylaid by two persons near village Chandana. The accused persons looted away, his mobile phone and the key of his auto rikshaw, Rs.15000/- and other articles. During the course of investigation, the stolen mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
