Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4. 2. Writ C No. 2355 of 2025, having similar controversy, was disposed of by the coordinate Bench on the instructions of learned counsel for the respondents that the demand raised by the Nagar Nigam would be revisited and only after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, Nagar Nigam will pass fresh order. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is also disposed of with a direction that the Nagar Nigam will look into the issue and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, it will pass fresh order within two months from today. 4. For a period of two months or till the order is passed by the Nagar Nigam, whichever is earlier, no recovery shall be made from the petitioner.
