1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.47 dated 14.06.2025, registered under Sections 118(1), 126(2), 191(3), 190 BNS at Police Station Dhilwan, Kapurthala.
2. Mr. Karamjit Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and filed his Memorandum of Appearance. He submits that the petitioners are involved in two more cases and they are not entitled for the concession of anticipatory bail.
3. Vide order dated 20.08.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioners were granted interim bail and were directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that petitioner No. 1 has joined investigation on 28.08.2025 and petitioner No. 2 has joined investigation on 28.08.2025 and they are not required REENA 2025.08.31 22:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Keeping in view the above mentioned facts and circumstances, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.08.2025, granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (analogous to Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
