The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Nos. 3 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj to decide the case no. 3733 of 2022 Computerized no. T202202030803733 within a specified period, which has been fixed by this Hon'ble court, which is pending before him since 2022." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceeding under Section 67 of the Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.3 and the same may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that proceeding under Section 67 of the Revenue Code, 2006 would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the proceeding under Section 67 of the Revenue Code, 2006 pending before respondent No.3- Tehsildar, Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
