Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner in the 2 W.P.(C) No. 1782 of 2024 present writ petition, the petitioner is given liberty to bring the order dated 10.10.2002 passed in L.P.A. No. 518 of 2002 to the notice of the respondent no. 2 who, on receipt of the same, shall forthwith take appropriate steps in this regard in accordance with law. 4.
