He further submits that name of petitioner has not been considered for promotion to the next higher post. He contends that representation was made by the petitioner on 23.08.2020 but till date, same has not been considered by respondent No. 2. He prays for a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the pending representation so moved by petitioner expeditiously. 3) No objection from other side. 4) Heard. 5) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by petitioner, this petition is hereby being disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to make a fresh representation raising all his grievances before respondent No. 2, who in turn is directed to consider and decide such representation strictly in accordance 3 with law, preferably within a period of 120 days from receipt of such representation. 6) With the aforesaid direction(s), this petition stands disposed of.
