2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 4 (Pappu Paswan) is alleged to have assaulted on the head of mother-in-law of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2212 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 informant with iron rod, whereas other petitioners are alleged to have assaulted mother-in-law and Gotini of informant with fists and slaps.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per injury report, the injury, caused by petitioner no. 4, is simple in nature. There is general and omnibus allegation against other petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
