Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 04.03.2021 alongwith a further prayer for directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner and to grant him salary in the regular pay scale w.e.f. the policy dated 29.07.2011 alongwith all consequential benefits, including seniority, arrears of pay and interest @12% per annum. 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 07.10.2024 (Annexure P-9) but no action has been taken thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.3-The Treasury Officer, Ambala is directed to consider and decide the said representation, in a time bound manner in accordance with law. 3.
