Earlier applicant has filed Contempt Application (Civil) No. 3276 of 2025 for violation of 08.12.2016 & 03.07.2023 passed by First Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kasya, Kushinagar, which was dismissed vide order dated 15.07.2025 with liberty to seek appropriate remedy under the law. Again, applicant has filed present contempt application against the same orders, which is misuse of process of law. Therefore, present contempt application is misconceived and accordingly, dismissed.
