Medical reimbursement is a service benefit, therefore, a dispute about the payment of medical reimbursement come within the definition of “Service matter” as defined under Section 3 (q) of the Administrative Tribunals Act. Accordingly, this petition (WP(C) 2299/2024) shall stand transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar Bench.
