When Rule 12(7) and 12(9) of the Rules of 1983 framed under the Maharashtra Act XXIII of 2001, prescribed a specific Form G for issuance of a certificate of validity, no such condition could have been superimposed with rubber stamp. 4. The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the committee would immediately issue a fresh certificate of validity in correct form, once the petitioner surrenders the earlier one. 5.
