Tiwari, Special P.P. --- 03 / 18.07.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 96 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B), 66(C) & 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.-II- cum- Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi. 3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court in B.A. No. 8031 of 2024, at that stage by order dated 02.12.2024. 4. Petitioner is alleged to be involved in cyber offence. He along with co- accused have lured several persons to invest their money in crypto currency. Initially, customers were given profit and subsequently, the entire invested amount was embezzled. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2024. 6. Report regarding the stage of the trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that charge has been framed in this case, but the prosecution has not produced any witness. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-II- cum- Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi in connection with Cyber P.S.
