Several opportunities have been granted. This Court on 24.10.2025 has passed an order which reads as follows: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43718 WP No. 19921 of 2024 "There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called out. It is noticed that Court fee has not been paid and other office objections still remain to be complied with despite several opportunities having been granted. It is made clear that if office objections are not complied within one week, matter to be listed in 'orders' list for dismissal on 31.10.2025." 3. Even on this day, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called out. The petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting the proceedings. 4.
