There is already an order passed by this Court on 20.02.2018 for payment of cost Rs.10,000/- to the petitioner. In the event such order has not been complied with and the petitioner has approached the District Magistrate, Jaunpur, it is the obligation of the authority concerned to exercise his jurisdiction and to ensure compliance of the order passed by the writ Court. Learned State Counsel submits that such action shall be taken promptly and in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, we direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary steps to ensure compliance of the previous order of this Court, as noticed above, by proceeding against the concerned person expeditiously and in accordance with law within a period of two months.
