Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Art. 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying that the present writ petition may kindly be allowed and; a writ in the nature of Certiorari may kindly be issued in favor of the Petitioner quashing the Order dated 07-08-2025 (P-6) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from ESI Hospital Panipat to ESI Dispensary No. 1, Hisar (it being the 3rd transfer of the Petitioner in this year itself) as a prime example of arbitrariness & & excess of exercise of discretion. Learned State counsel informs the Court that impugned order dated 07.08.2025 whereby the petitioner is transferred has been withdrawn by the department concerned and has produced a copy of such order dated 26.08.2025 in this regard. The same is taken on record as Document ‘A.’ In view of the above, the instant petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
