(ORAL) Present petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned JMIC, Chandigarh, in complaint case bearing NACT No.1734 of 2023 titled as “M/s Samson Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s Swami Medical Hall and another” filed by respondent No.2 u/s 138 of NI Act, along with consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, vide which the petitioner was declared as a proclaimed person. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has since been arrested. Therefore, the present petition become infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
