Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Page No.# 2/2 Mr. K. Baishya, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid in this case bearing charge sheet No. 35 dated 30.04.2025. 2. Let the report furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor be kept in the record as a part of the record. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Nekibuddin Ahmed Alias Rubul Ahmed, was granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 17.03.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 4. Considering the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted as well as the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him, by order dated 17.03.2025 is hereby made absolute, with a condition that he shall continue to co-operate in the trial. 5.
