The petitioner has filed the petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction to respondent No.-2 to take decision on proposal dated 07.12.2024 send by respondent No.-3 (Annexure P-7), within a week.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 21.04.2023, the petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Center Khallari District Mahasamund to Govt. Medical College Mahasamund whereas she was posted at District Hospital Durg but her place of posting was wrongly mentioned as Primary Health Center Khallari District Mahasamund in the said order. He submits that the place where the petitioner has been transferred, in the said place, there is no place available for Staff Nurse, as such, it is difficult for the petitioner to join on the transferred place. He submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the authorities concerned, however, his representation is yet to be decided and the petitioner is in a dilemma that the place where she has to work, the salary as well her seniority would also be affected. It is also submitted that her salary has not been released from the last three months. 3. Looking to the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the concerned respondent authority within a period of one week from the date of copy of this order and the concerned respondent authority is directed to consider & 3 decide the representation filed by the petitioner in a pragmatic manner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of copy of this order. 4.
