On a query, Corpus would submit that she is living with respondent no.4/Shubham on her own sweet will; that, she is 22 years of age; that, she has got married with respondent no.4; that, they are living as husband and wife. 3. The submissions of the Corpus are placed on 2025:UHC:6421-DB 2 record. 4. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus stands dismissed. Respondent No. 4 is directed to file an affidavit before the Registry, within a period of 15 days, stating therein that he shall take care of the Corpus in future and no harm will be caused to her.
