Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal case bearing FIR No.55 dated 26.02.2025 registered under Section 109 (1) of BNS, 2023 (Section 3(5), 61(2), 351(3), 238 of BNS added later on) and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 was replaced with Section 25 (1-B) A Arms Act, 1959 later on at Police Station Badli, District Jhajjar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The entire prosecution story is concocted one. No recovery is to be effected from him. The co- accused has been granted benefit of regular bail. There are no chances of absconding or tampering with the prosecution witnesses, if the petitioner is granted the benefit of bail. 3. Heard. 4.
