Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.) P.S. Case No.24 of 2025 registered under Sections 334(1) and 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners have committed theft in upgraded +2 High School, Jaipur, Kanko, Jainagar and took away several articles. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 06.02.2025 as is evident from para-12 of the instant bail application. It is then submitted that the petitioners undertake that they will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the co-accused person has already been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 15.04.2025 in B.A. No.2942 of 2025 and by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide
order dated 07.04.2025 passed in B.A. No.2704 of 2025. Hence it is submitted that the petitioners be also released on bail.
Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.) P.S. Case No.24 of 2025 with the condition that they will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish their mobile numbers and photocopy of their Aadhar Cards in the court below with an undertaking that they will not change their mobile numbers during the trial of the case.
