Das is present for the petitioner, Manabendra Das who has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with a prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Bongaigaon PS Case No. 56/2025, under Section 296/118(2)/351(2) of the BNS, Page No.# 2/2 2023. 2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has attacked the complainant with a sharp weapon and caused grievous injuries on his hand. 3. Heard Mr. K.K. Das, learned Addl .Public Prosecutor, Assam. 4. I have considered the submissions at the Bar with circumspection. 5. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that complainant initiated the dispute as he came to the petitioner’s shop and started ransacking his shop. It has been falsely alleged that the complainant has sustained grievous injuries. 6. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. The petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the investigation. His statement has been recorded. The petitioner has not violated any bail conditions. 7. Considering all aspect, the interim bail order dated 19.03.2025 is hereby made absolute under the same terms and conditions. 8.
