Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vinay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned Interim Order dated 24.04.2024 passed in Maintenance Case No. 46 of 2019 (Lakshimi Devi and Others vs. Avneesh Kumar) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Pilibhit. 3. Learned counsel of the applicants submits that the opposite parties no.2 and 3 are the wife and daughter of the applicant herein respectively. There is a matrimonial dispute between the applicant and opposite party no.2, due to which the opposite parties no.2 and 3 had filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., which has been pending since 2019. Vide the impugned order dated 24.04.2024, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Pilibhit, has awarded an interim maintenance at the rate of Rs. 4,000/- per month to opposite party no.2 and Rs. 2,000/- to opposite party no.3. 4. Since the aforesaid order is an interim order and a meager amount of maintenance has been awarded to the opposite parties by the Family Court, and the main proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. are still pending in the trial court, wherein the applicant herein has full opportunity to contest the case on its merits, in view thereof, this Court does not find any good reason to entertain the instant application at this stage. 5.
