This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail in respect of Sarfanguri P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/2 06/2025. 3. The informant has alleged that on 12.02.2025, while he was absent in his house, the present petitioner had entered his house and kidnapped his wife. 4. The case diary reveals that the said wife had gone with the present petitioner on her own. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the opinion that the present petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody for the allegation brought against him. 5. The prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. 6. Hence the interim passed on 20.03.2025 in favour of the present petitioner made absolute. 7. The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. 8.
