Dugri, Ludhiana). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is behind bars since 18.11.2022. 3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. However, learned counsel for the respondent-UOI (NCB) has submitted that this Court had already given direction for expediting the trial.
