The present writ petition has been filed claiming certain amounts for work performed by the petitioner under the contract. The case of the petitioner is that there is already report of the Assistant Engineer regarding satisfactory completion of the contract and for payment of this bills. However, the amount has not been paid till date. 2. Having regard to the submission made, we dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4 alongwith copy of the instant order. In case, any fresh representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent no. 4 will decide the same by a speaking order within eight weeks.
