During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of investigation submitted charge-sheet in said Amguri P.S. Case No. 12/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 08/2025 dated 30.04.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Amguri P.S. Case No. 12/2024. 5.
