The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 31.12.2024 as well as summoning order dated 11.7.2025 and entire proceedings of Session Case No. 1795 of 2025 (State of U.P. Vs. Sharad Misha @ Sant Ji and other) arising out of Crime No. 627 of 2024, under Section 8/9 The Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Kotwali City, District Pratapgarh pending before the Additional District Judge/Special Judge (P.C.Act, Room No.5, Gorakhpur. 3. At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that along with the instant application he could not annex entire material collected by Investigating Officer during investigation and, therefore, instant application may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a better fresh. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 6.
