The case of the petitioner is that on 22.07.2025, one Vijay and his friends had kidnapped the petitioner and got signature of the petitioner in blank papers and deeds. In this regard the petitioner had given a complaint before the first respondent and the same is pending. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent had called over phone and asked the petitioner to appear for enquiry without issuance of proper summons and the petitioner has been continuously harassed by the second respondent. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.
