Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. The petitioners by means of the present petition have assailed the order dated 22.8.2025 passed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil- Mohammadabad, District Ghazipur. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, a statutory remedy of appeal is available under the U.P. Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. 4. The aforesaid fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. Since, there is statutory remedy of filing of appeal under the U.P. Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 before the Sub- Divisional Magistrate against the order impugned, therefore, present petition is not maintainable before this Court. 6. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. 7. If petitioners prefer an appeal against the impugned order Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dileep Kumar, Kishan Singh, Sushil Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Aashish Gond And 2 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) within a period of one month from today, the Appellate Authority shall decide the same on merit without entering into the question of limitation.
