The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jama P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 305(a), 331(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. 3. In the night of 31.08.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner has been remanded in this case from another case. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2024. It was finally submitted that co- accused Mithilesh Kumar Paswan has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Arup Kr Dey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Jama P.S.
