This application has been filed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to protect the life and property of the petitioner from the local miscreants, who are trying to grab the land of the petitioner. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai (Annexure-4 to this writ application) for redressal of his grievances but the same is still pending. 4. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, to consider the representation of the petitioner, which is annexed as Annexure-4 to this writ application, and act in accordance with law. 5.
