Sri Brijesh Ojha, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 4 today, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Brijesh Ojha, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent-authority is not issuing death certificate of her husband Gopal Ji Sharma treating his death as civil death as has been held by Civil Judge (Junior Division), City Varanasi in its judgement and decree dated 24.05.1997 passed in Civil Suit No.1555 of 1994. In respect to her grievances, petitioner has submitted several representations to the respondent-authority, but respondent-authority is not paying any heed to the request of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all her grievances before the respondent no.2-Sahayak Nagar Ayukt/Zonal Officer, Adampur Zone, Nagar Nigam, District Varanasi within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same in Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Girish Kumar Gupta Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Vineet Sankalp Bhanumati Devi @ Sheetal Devi Sharma .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
