Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2022 . 3 . Prosecution case is that 750 ml of IMF liquor recovered from the dickey of the seized Scotty bearing registration No BR- 10 L- 9930 and the alleged liquor is said to have been purchased by this petitioner. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
