Mr. Kailash Chandra Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sushil Vashistha, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner is seeking the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the inclusion of the petitioner’s name in the de novo seniority list of Lecturers (Secondary Education) being prepared, by rectifying the omission in the seniority list dated 29.03.2012 (now quashed), ensuring seniority as per the petitioner’s regularization dated 09.05.2002, consistent with similarly appointed lecturers, appointed between 01.10.1990 to 07.08.1993 like the petitioner. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioner all the benefits arising out of such seniority including promotion to the post of headmaster as given to the similarly situated persons and even lecturers junior to the petitioner. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2024 (Annexure No. 17) taking into account the earlier representation duly forwarded by the appropriate authorities i.e. the principal, BEO, CEO and additional director.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of relief as sought, in relief nos. 1 and 2, petitioner already submitted a representation on 16.11.2024, which is annexed as 2025:UHC:547 Annexure-17, which is pending for consideration before the Director. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no. 2/Director to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
