This petition is directed against an order dated 12.07.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Varanasi, which contains specific finding that the petitioner is residing with her mother-in-law and is living in the room constructed next to her house. The mother-in- law has already been allotted a house in the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana (Gramin). Further finding is returned that all the family members are living together and have the common kitchen. Though, the order is assailed, but specific finding in that regard is not questioned. Once that be so, we find no occasion to interfere with the order of the District Magistrate, Varanasi refusing to consider the petitioner's claim for allotment of a house in the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana (Gramin).
