The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents No.4 and 5. It is stated in the petition that the petitioner has already made representation dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) before the Inspector General of Police, Border Range, Amritsar raising the said grievances, but no action has been taken so far. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2- Inspector General of Police, Border Range, Amritsar to consider the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon. 3.
